Each location is its own workplace under your company. Employees aren't locked to a single store — add someone once and they can clock in at whichever location they're actually covering that day, no separate account needed.

Catching a punch that doesn't belong

Two checks work together: optional photo capture attaches a private photo to every punch, and each workplace can flag clock-ins that arrive from outside its expected IP — say, someone's home Wi-Fi instead of the store's network.

That's network-based location flagging, not GPS — it compares the network a punch came from against the one you've set for that store.

Payroll without the spreadsheet

Once a company has more than one location, the Hours page groups results by store automatically, with subtotals per location — payroll for four stores is as easy to pull as one.

If a total looks off, the activity log shows every clock-in attempt across every store, filterable by employee or location, so you can see exactly what happened.
