Punchly for retail & multi-location shops

One dashboard for every store — clock-ins by location, photo accountability, and hours ready for payroll.

Running more than one store usually means chasing down timesheets from each location separately. Punchly gives every store its own kiosk, but keeps everything — hours, photos, flagged punches — in one dashboard you check from anywhere.

One team, every store

A Punchly company can have as many workplaces as you have locations. Employees aren't locked to a single store — add someone once and they can clock in at any location they actually work, whether that's covering a shift across town or splitting their week between two branches.

A kiosk at every register or back room

Each store gets its own kiosk page — a tablet or phone mounted at the counter or in the back room, running a PIN pad or QR badge screen. Staff tap in and out in seconds; no app to install, no account to remember.

The same kiosk screen, running at every location.

Know it's really them

Turn on photo capture and each clock-in quietly takes a photo in the same tap as the punch. It's stored privately — only you can view it, from the Hours page — which makes it easy to confirm the right person clocked in at the right store.

Catch off-site punches

Each workplace can have an expected IP address — the network its kiosk sits on. A punch from anywhere else — someone's home Wi-Fi, mobile data — gets flagged automatically, without you having to watch for it.

This is network-based location flagging, not GPS — it compares the network the punch came from against the one you've set for that store.

Hours, store by store

Once a company has more than one location, the Hours page automatically groups results by store, with subtotals per location — so payroll for a five-store chain is as easy to pull as one.

Put it together

  • Low-touch: one PIN pad kiosk per store, hours grouped by location.
  • Higher assurance: add photo capture and expected-IP flagging at each store.
  • When something looks off: the activity log shows every attempt, filterable by store or employee.
Staff who work across more than one store don't need a separate login for each — the same QR badge or PIN works at every location that belongs to your company.
